Description:
The Call Center is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year, so there are plenty of hours to work with your schedule. Please be advised that EVERY operator is required to work a grave shift once in a while.
Call Center Operators answer main line campus calls and emergency calls then transfer accordingly, monitor campus fire alarm systems, take boiler readings during boiler operation, maintain legal records of call/emergency activities, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have good phone etiquette
Must have good spelling and penmanship
Must enunciate appropriately when speaking
Must work well with others
Must enjoy working in public service
Must be willing to work some weekends, holidays, and grave shifts
Must be enrolled in 12 credit hours for Fall 2021
